musty smell dusty blanket

the staff were cute and prompt to requests like room cleaning service.

the room had a musty, damp smell and many mosquitoes. the door was always closed, but i could not get rid of the mosquitoes. i was bitten badly. the blanket touched the floor and was dusty.

we found the breakfast quite good. the pool area was clean. the beach was only a short walk away, well worth going to with lovely sand and clear water, we spent a few hours each day there. the room was on the third floor and very spacious

the breakfast was good, with a decent selection of food.

the air conditioning was loud i was on the upper floor and old rusty outdoor units hung outside the door even when i turned off my air conditioning i could hear the outdoor units of others so loudly that i changed hotels after one night i will not be staying again

the resort location is great. the room was clean and tidy. the staff was helpful!

the rooms are dated and the bathroom has mold. the mini fridge makes loud noises. there is no onsite spa, only an outdoor massage island.

I found the staff very friendly and receptive. The breakfast had a good selection and the hotel felt safe. The room was nice and the location was great. The hotel grounds were spacious and well cared for and I appreciated the adjacent pools with many sun beds.
